Course 2: Deepening Relaxation and Body Awareness
Once kids have learned the basics of breathing and focus, they can go deeper. This course introduces body awareness and gentle movement to help kids release tension, understand their emotions on a deeper level, and feel even more at ease in their bodies.
In this course, kids will:
